West Side
Celebrate Mexican Independence Day and honor Saint Paul's rich Mexican heritage at this free community event filled with a car show, live music, authentic food, family fun, and cultural entertainment.

CHS Field
This free, community-centered event at the home of the St. Paul Saints celebrates Latino culture through arts, authentic food, live entertainment, sports, giveaways, and more.
September 20 from 1-3 p.m.
Landmark Center
Celebrate this Southeast Asian tradition with crafts, music, dance, food, storytelling, a lion dance, and lantern parade in Rice Park. Co-presented with the Vietnamese community of Minnesota.
September 19
825 Arts
Hosted by the Frogtown Neighborhood Association and 825 Arts, this festival celebrates the neighborhood through local performers, arts vendors, arts workshops, and a selection of local food vendors. Plus, free rides to and from the festival provided by Metro Transit.
Halloween Festivities

Minnesota Zoo
Head to the Minnesota Zoo to enjoy a whimsical display of glowing pumpkins depicting the wonders of the world and the joys of travel.
October 23 & 24 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Minnesota Children's Museum
Put on your best costume and join for a night of kid-friendly Halloween fun including trick-or-treating, a dance party with a live DJ, activities, crafts, carnival games, and museum entry for extra play.
October 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Union Depot
This free event welcomes all ghosts and ghouls to enjoy Halloween crafts, live music with a dance zone, face painting, a balloon artist, superhero and Disney characters, and more!

Landmark Center
Enjoy Halloween-inspired entertainment, crafts, treats, and a costume parade inside this historic building.

Germanic-American Institute
Inspired by the legendary Munich Festival, this lively two-day celebration of German culture features authentic bratwurst, crisp beer, polka dance, and traditional music performances.

Minnesota State Fairgrounds
This two-day event features an array of traditional music and dance performances, German pretzels, and plenty of beer to go around from local Twin Cities breweries.
