The bridge over Interstate 94 is undergoing a full replacement that will feature a new design catering to safety that features sidewalk, biking and accessibility updates.

Road Closures

John Ireland Blvd will be closed until August 2026. Vehicle traffic will be directed to Kellogg Blvd. to Marion St. to University Ave. to Rice St. Pedestrians and bicyclists will be directed to Kellogg Blvd. to Marion Street bridge to Rondo Avenue.
