The Red Bull Crashed Ice World Championship makes its way to Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the fourth year in a row January 22-24, 2015 as one of four stops around the world. Two hundred of the toughest, fastest, ice cross downhill racers will go head-to-head through a downhill course full of mind-and-body-bending jumps, turns and slides – all against the backdrop of the historic Cathedral of Saint Paul with over 115,000 spectators cheering them on.

Official Crashed Ice Village on West 7th: Starting at 5pm on January 24, the Crashed Ice Village will be open on West 7th just outside of the Xcel Energy Center between Kellogg Ave and Walnut St. Watch the race from the jumbo screen, warm-up with the fire pits, dance to music provided by the mobile DJ and much more. Businesses located between the two streets will be serving food and drinks outside as well as inside the establishments. You will be able to roam freely with the purchases inside the designated streets. 5pm-11pm | All Ages | Free

Event Schedule: The championship event takes place over a three day period including elimination rounds, a team event and the finals on Saturday night. **NEW** this new is the women's division.

Course Animation:  Race organizers and racers alike say the Saint Paul track is the most technical course on the Red Bull Crashed Ice circuit.

History: In Stockholm, Sweden, in 2001 a new sport was born, 'a sport of the century' as a renowned English newspaper described the breathtaking new competition. Athletes from around the world flocked to the Swedish capital for the inaugural race – wearing hockey skates in a man on man battle down a long ice track filled with steps, jumps and razor-sharp, hairpin turns.

Play the game on Xbox Kinect: Markedly safer and a heck of a lot warmer than the real thing, Red Bull Crashed Ice Kinect will nevertheless throw you headlong into incredible speeds and hairpin turns as you skate to the finish using your body and your wits to get you across the line first.
