The Capital City of the State of Hockey welcomes the IIHF World Juniors Hockey Championship Tournament with open arms from December 26-January 5. To celebrate the abundance of this beloved sport in our city this season, visitors are invited to learn about our rich hockey history, discover local hotspots, and partake in tournament fun with our Puck Pass Hockey Tour.
How it Works
Sign up for your free pass and get it delivered to your mobile device via text and e-mail. Make it your goal to discover these local hockey gems and answer the trivia questions correctly to earn points towards IIHF World Juniors exclusive merch.
Score Prizes
Each location type is worth a different number of points. The more trivia questions answered correctly upon visits, the more points you'll earn toward exclusive World Juniors and hockey-themed merch.
All prizes can be redeemed at our Visitor's Center located on the main floor of the Landmark Center during general business hours.

Games & Bold North Breakaway Fan Festival
This year, the tournament marks its 50th anniversary and the first time Minnesota has hosted the event since 1982.Fans can expect intense rivalries, future NHL superstars and unforgettable celly's as the best under-20 men's teams battle for gold over the course of 29 games in 10 days at Grand Casino Arena and 3M Arena at Mariucci.
In addition to all of the action on ice, hockey fans can celebrate the spirit of Minnesota hockey with interactive games, live entertainment, iconic photo ops, and winter fun for all ages at this free 10-day fan fest in Rice Park and inside the Saint Paul RiverCentre.
