This family-friendly event is jam-packed with extra fun! Attendees can enjoy traditional Irish dance, a variety of food stands, whiskey tastings, Irish sports demos (hurling, camogie, boxing), Irish comedy, a marketplace with handmade goods, educational and cultural programming, live music performances and activities for the wee ones.

Live Music Performances
Hundreds of talented musicians and performers will take to six outdoor stages on Harriet Island. From traditional Irish bands and instrumentalists to sounds of the next generation of Irish entertainers, there will be music galore for all to enjoy.

The festival was created to support Minnesota’s Irish community by preserving and celebrating the past, present and future of Irish culture. All proceeds from the event and other donations are invested in supporting the Irish Fair's mission or in supporting Irish & Celtic cultural and other immigrant communities.

Is Harriet Island ADA accessible?
Harriet Island features paved, level sidewalks that are easy for wheelchairs and motorized scooters to navigate. The grassy areas are also level, providing easy access to all performance and food tents.
Are there sensory-friendly at this festival?
The Quiet Space is located on the west side of the island (between the West Food Bank and First Aid), this space is kept dark, quiet, and cool. It is designed for guests with autism, sensory processing disorders, or anyone simply needing a peaceful moment.
