A copy of the signed hotel agreement must be shared with Visit Saint Paul at the time of booking. This promotion will be paid directly to contracting organizations based on actualized room nights within 30 days of the event. Visit Saint Paul will obtain pick up reports from the hotel to determine actual room nights utilized. Programs are limited to one qualifying contract per organization, and the meeting or group must consist of 10 or more people.
Visit Saint Paul has the right to review and approve all contracts per the guidelines above. These incentives are not valid with other Visit Saint Paul offers.
