As the season begins to soften, something rare arrives at CrowBar, tucked inside the historic Hamm’s Blacksmith Shop. We call it Sky Blue.
A botanical liqueur from Volière Spirits, drawn from 50 botanicals and touched with the soft, luminous blue of pea flower. A color that feels borrowed from this place, from the land of sky-blue waters, where winter finally loosens its grip and something gentler begins to bloom.
It drinks floral and layered, a little wild, a little wandering, the kind of thing that stays with you longer than it should.
✨ At the center of it, a limited, ticketed experience will include:
- A bottle of Sky Blue set aside, waiting
- Three individual nosh plates from Northern Farmacy
- A preserved floral crown from Martha’s Gardens, a quiet, beautiful marker that you were part of it
- A cocktail or zero proof experience accompanied by a one-of-a-kind piece of art by Elisa Nesheim, something small and lasting to carry with you beyond the night
