International Yoga Day

Overview
Come celebrate International Yoga Day at Union Depot on the East Plaza.
The festivities will provide opportunities for attendees to recharge their bodies and minds with Studio 9 to 5, including three live yoga classes taught by Studio 9 to 5 instructors, a live DJ, and giveaways. These classes will each incorporate a different style of yoga. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and towel, if needed, for the fitness-focused classes.
- 9 to 10 a.m. - Yoga with Emily Rose
- 10:15 to 11 a.m. - Body Sculpt with Pegah
- 11:15 to Noon: Breath & Sound with Nikki
