Overview
In this date night class, you will experience hands-on instruction to get your best pasta making into full gear. You'll practice hand-rolled and shaped pasta, saucey toppings and a bit of dessert at the end . Experience a fun, flour-dusted evening to turn your next date night into delicious! One glass of wine or beer is provided per student, so 21 and up only, please.
Menu: Fettuccine and Marinara, Ricotta Ravioli with a Lemon Cream Sauce, and a Big Italian Salad.
