Overview
At PPGJ, we leverage the power of our community by taking a dual approach to supporting an often-overlooked demographic of entrepreneurs: BIPOC authors and BIPOC-owned bookstores. PPGJ supports these underrepresented entrepreneurs by selling books created by Black authors and illustrators written for children of all backgrounds directly to the community and distributing these books through schools, libraries, community centers, and other organizations supporting literacy in the BIPOC community. We are proud of our work because we make improving youth literacy skills easy, tangible, and accessible for anyone, inspiring them to authentically engage with or support a much-needed movement of change within the educational system.
