From the rooftops of beautiful Saint Paul the beekeeper and chocolatier Mademoiselle Miel collects honey to create distinctive honey bon•bons. Bees residing 7 stories above the boulevard gather nectar from the parks and river valley. The city honey is encased in award winning 100% chocolate resulting in an extraordinary flavor. Each bon•bon is a work of art, finished with 23k edible gold leaf.
Honey bon•bons have been recognized as one of the best chocolates in the state and are enjoyed by many special visitors including the King and Queen of Norway!
