For Chef Soleil, Crasqui is more than a restaurant. It’s her journey home. The cuisine isn’t traditionally Venezuelan, but its soul is. Every dish carries a piece of her story: the aromas of her childhood, the people she loves, and the country that will always live in her heart. Each plate honors Venezuela’s rich culture while inviting guests to discover it through a new lens, with respect and love.
At Crasqui, the ingredients have passports. Some come from Minnesota neighbors, while others travel thousands of miles from South America. Every one is there for a reason, because authenticity is worth the journey.
