Guide to Back to the 50’s Weekend

Guide to Back to the 50’s Weekend

America's best car show returns to Saint Paul's State Fairgrounds, June 19-21. Here's what you need to know.

Back to the Fifties Weekend 2020 has been canceled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Plan to attend MSRA's Back to the 50's Weekend next year on June 18-20, 2021.

Voted #1 Car Show in the United States by USA Today/10best for the past two years, Minnesota Street Rod Association’s (MSRA) Back to the 50’s Weekend really needs no explanation. But, we put together this guide anyway.

Car enthusiasts, music enthusiasts and fun enthusiasts of all ages.

The nation’s #1 Car Show is a true blast from the past. Check out more than 11,500 registered classic vehicles, live music, vendors, kids games, a craft fair and hang with Dave Kindig and of MotorTrend TV’s Hit Show Bitchin’ Rides and Justin Nichols from Wrench'd. Returning for the second year is entertainment on the Westend Shakedown Stage and the Bandshell Stage will be rockin' as always. Not to mention, some of your favorite State Fair food spots may even be open (we're talkin' cookies, pronto pups and pork chops—don't forget a stop at Saint Paul's own O'Gara's).

June 19-21

Friday, June 21: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.

Saturday, June 22: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.

Because the MSRA has been showing off the nation’s coolest throwback cars for the past 46 years, so why would they stop now?

Tickets are $12 (cash only)—kids get in free with a paid adult. Discounted tickets are available for $10 at participating NAPA Auto Stores throughout the Midwest.
