Is airport transportation provided?

• Yes, complimentary airport transfers will be available during designated arrival and departure times.

Will transportation be provided throughout the tour?

• Yes, group transportation will be provided for all scheduled FAM activities and site visits.

Do I need to rent a car?

• No, unless you plan to extend your stay independently before or after the program.

• The MSP InterContinental Airport Hotel.

What hotel expenses are covered?

• Room and tax are covered during official FAM dates. Incidental charges, room service, and personal expenses remain the responsibility of the attendee, unless otherwise noted.

Are meals included?

• Yes, we will provide hosted meals and receptions.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

• Absolutely. Please notify the Visit Saint Paul team of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance so we can arrange accommodations.

What is the recommended dress code?

• Business casual attire is recommended for most activities. During the festival, casual summer attire will be perfect.

What should I pack?

• We recommend:
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Lightweight summer clothing for outdoor concert
  • A light jacket or sweater for indoor venues

How much walking should I expect?

• There will be moderate walking during hotel/venue tours. Transportation is provided to and from the concert venue, but walking will be required between areas.

Is attendance at all activities required?

• We strongly encourage participation in all scheduled activities to maximize your experience and ensure exposure to our destination partners.

Will there be free time built into the schedule?

• Yes, some personal time will be included.

May I bring a guest or spouse?

• Due to space and hosted capacity limitations, guests are generally not included.

Will I meet local hotels and suppliers?

• Yes. The FAM includes opportunities to connect with hospitality partners, venue representatives, and local industry leaders.

Can I request additional site visits?

• We are happy to discuss specific venue interests and accommodate
additional visits, when possible.

Whom should I contact after the FAM?

• A Visit Saint Paul representative will be assigned as your primary contact for
future RFPs, site visits, and planning assistance.

What is the cancellation policy?

• If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
