Overview
Stephanie Hansen’s first book, True North Cabin Cookbook: Recipes and Stories from a North Woods Table, transported readers to her family outpost on True North Island on Burntside Lake near Ely, Minnesota, to savor meals for the cabin months of May through September.
Now, Volume Two extends an invitation to Hansen’s Twin Cities home as well as her Ely lodging during the balance of the year, commemorating “the cozy months” of October through April with friends and family and—of course—excellent food.
Join us for a luncheon with Stephanie Hansen and learn more about the recipes that speak to the highlights of the season. The event will feature the stories and trademark humor of Hansen as she discusses the cookbook, unique culinary experiences, and her journey as a food personality in the state of Minnesota. Ticket price includes the program, sandwiches and seasonal salad by Surdyk’s, gluten-free bourbon brownies from Hansen’s True North Cabin Cookbook, and book signing.
Stephanie Hansen is the award–winning host of Taste Buds with Stephanie, and the social commentator behind the Weekly Dish radio show and Dishing with Stephanie’s Dish podcast. She lives in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
