This exclusive 16-seat event will highlight the extraordinary impact of immigration on Venezuelan gastronomy, celebrating how cultures come together through food to build stronger, more vibrant communities.

The series begins with Italy → Venezuela, followed by Spain, France, Portugal, Africa, Germany, and more. Each evening will feature an eight-course tasting menu, weaving together history, storytelling, and flavors that show how immigration has shaped Venezuela’s culinary identity.

“Immigrants bring more than their stories; they bring flavors, traditions, and a spirit of resilience that transforms the countries they call home,” says Soleil Ramirez, founder and chef at Crasqui. “Venezuelan cuisine would not exist without the contributions of Indigenous peoples, African traditions, and immigrants from Europe. Each plate tells a story of migration, adaptation, and cultural fusion. With this series, we want to celebrate not only our food, but also the idea that immigration makes us all richer—culturally and emotionally.”

The “Travel With Us” experience aims to do more than offer a meal—it invites guests into a cultural journey. Each dinner will feature storytelling alongside the courses, illustrating how immigrant influences—from Spanish flan to Italian pastas and African plantains—have been reimagined with Venezuelan ingredients, becoming part of the country’s identity.

In a world where immigration is often misunderstood, “Travel With Us” reframes the narrative: showing that migration is not a loss, but a gift. Just as cuisines evolve by welcoming new flavors, societies thrive when they welcome new people.
