Join Chef Ria Mathew in this new cooking class at Cooks! The class will cover the preparation of the spiced fish and potato filling, breading techniques, and deep-frying to achieve a perfect crunchy exterior and flavorful, soft interior.
Menu:
- Cashew curry is a hallmark of Sri Lankan cuisine. Aromatic ingredients like turmeric, coconut milk, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and curry leaves.
- Fish cutlets: popular, crispy golden spheres, which are a quintessential Sri Lankan appetizer or side dish.
