Overview
This year commemorates the 140th Anniversary of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival, "The Coolest Celebration on Earth." This ten-day festivals embraces the spirit of winter through an incredible lineup of free community events from ice & snow sculptures and puzzle competitions to live music performances and community cultural celebrations, there is something for everyone to partake in during this cool celebration.
