Motion Center Open House

Overview
The Twin Cities Motion Center hosts an Open House every third Saturday for runners and walkers!
Water, snacks, and restrooms available to run clubs, informal groups, and individuals - connect with others in the Twin Cities running community! Use our facility as your home base before and after your morning workout. A group run will begin at 8 A.M. All paces are welcome, including run/walkers and walkers. Distances will be either a 5K or 10K ... runners choice!
The Twin Cities Motion Center is located across the street from paved trails along the Mississippi River. We're hoping you utilize this opportunity to meet folks from other clubs, share information and build relationships within the Twin Cities running community. Hosted by Twin Cities In Motion staff and our #TCMbassadors - we're here to chat about running/walking and any of our events.
