Overview
Our Cross Training / Strength workout will be 45 minutes focused on lower body and core exercises led by NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Hannah Reis. We will work together on active mobility, building strength and cheering each other on in an empowering community setting! Please bring a mat and water bottle.
This session will be co-hosted by lululemon and led by their local ambassador, Hannah Reis. Hannah is also the owner of and a trainer at Burn Boot Camp Woodbury and Burn Boot Camp Cottage Grove. She has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years and before that was an avid athlete. Hannah was a competitive synchronized swimmer and even went on to perform professionally for a while! Her favorite part of training is helping other find success and joy in fitness.
