Cena Entre Panas is more than just a dinner — it’s a heartfelt gathering where food becomes a bridge between cultures, friends, and stories. “Panas” is Venezuelan slang for “friends,” and that is exactly what these dinners are about: bringing people together around the table to share a meal, celebrate our roots, and create unforgettable memories.

Each edition of Cena Entre Panas invites a guest chef to collaborate in the kitchen, blending their culture, flavors, and traditions with mine. The result is a unique, one-night-only menu that tells a story through every dish—a story of resilience, migration, and the joy of finding home through food.

But Cena Entre Panas goes beyond the plate. These dinners are built with purpose: all sales are donated to benefit organizations working to empower and uplift immigrant Latin communities here in Minnesota. By joining us, you are not only enjoying a beautiful evening of food, wine, and conversation — you are becoming part of something bigger, something that supports our neighbors and strengthens our community.
