This is a night not to be missed! Pellegrino Artusi (1820–1911) was (and still is!) the Godfather of Italian cuisine. And, JP Samuelson, as the chef at D'Amico Cucina and chef/owner of JP’s Bistro, is one of the godfathers of fine Italian dining in the Twin Cities.
In honor of Pellegrino's September birthday, we're crafting a glorious Italian celebration dining experience. And not just any Italian experience, wonderful demonstrations, engaging conversation and a beautiful meal reflecting the best of Emilia-Romagna, a region that is the heart and soul of cuisine in Italy!
Menu: Primi – Cappelletti in Brodo; Secondi – Veal Saltimbocca; Dolce – Zuppa Inglese.
