Overview
Join us for an invigorating Autumnal Equinox Céilí! Admission is $10 at the door for adults and free for youth 18 years and younger.
Enjoy the tradition of céilí dancing— a social dance deeply rooted in Irish culture (and beyond!). Don’t worry if you’re new to céilí, we’ve got you covered. Our friendly instructors will guide you through the steps and dances, making sure everyone can join in the fun.
This event is open to ALL! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just curious to try something new, everyone is welcome to share the joy and camaraderie of céilí. Bring your friends and family for an evening of laughter and togetherness.
Schedule:
6:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Get ready for the dance floor with a beginner-friendly lesson, where we’ll introduce you to one of the dances we will do during the night, along with a few tips and tricks to help you enjoy the craic that make céilí dance so special.
7 p.m. – 9 p.m.: Let the merriment begin! Dance the night away with tunes from The Center for Irish Music Céilí Band, and don’t worry—we’ll continue to teach and guide you through each dance.
