The Lexington | Beginning Friday, Jan. 19, a custom ice bar will open on The Rooftop at The Lexington. Guests can embrace the bold north and enjoy a cocktail, as any true Minnesotan should, on the ice. Sponsored by Ketel One, Crown Royal, Summit Brewing and Red Bull, the ice bar will include a luge and will be open from 4-9pm Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through Feb. 10. Summit Brewing will launch their newest brew, Dakota Soul, on Thursday, Jan. 25. The Czech-style Pilsner is made from hops grown on a family farm of Founder and President of Summit Brewing Company, Mark Stutrud.

New Bohemia & Seventh Street Truck Park | At the Crashed Ice Village street party Jan. 20, these neighboring restaurants will be serving from an ice bar in ice cups. 

Ox Cart Rooftop | a 10-foot ice bar on Ox Cart's rooftop opened Jan. 12 and will be open on weekends Thursday through Sunday until it melts. The ice bar serves Red Bull drinks., Castle Danger beer and Prairie Vodka drinks.
