Spend 60 minutes with us and Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping for a combination of kickboxing and strength training! The FREE outdoor workout series continues throughout the summer! Farrell's combines their kickboxing total body workout with resistance training for a fat burning, intense workout designed to get those heart rates up and build lean muscle. No need to bring equipment, just show up and sweat!
