Saint Paul Winter Carnival Ice Fishing Tournament

Date: Friday, January 1 2021 to Sunday, February 7 2021

Save the date for our month+ long digital ice fishing tournament through the FishDonkey Mobile App, launching January 1st and running through the end of carnival, Feb. 7th, 2021.

Prizes will be awarded to the top anglers in categories:

  • King of Winter Largest Walleye – length Largest
  • Northern Pike – length Largest Bass – length Largest
  • Crappie – length Largest Sunfish – length Largest
  • Perch – length
  • Grand Slam of Panfish – measured by the total length of 3 fish 1 crappie, 1 sunfish and 1 perch
  • Winter Carnival Super Fan – random chosen winner – must have 2021
  • Winter Carnival button in photo
  • Kids fish – 12 and under category – any fish entered has a chance to win awesome prizes
  • Wildcard – Any other fish including sturgeon, Musky, rough fish – length

Categories and leaderboards will update throughout the contest, so check the leaderboards on your phone or on the website to follow the tournament progress.

Waters: Eligible fish are limited to all Minnesota public waters to get the whole State of Minnesota participating in Winter Carnival.

All fish entered in the tournament will be photographed, measured, recorded with the FishDonkey app. Joining our tournament is easy: Download the FishDonkey Mobile App through the App Store on your mobile phone Search “Winter Carnival” Join the Tournament and begin submitting your catches!
