Special Event on March 13: Well into March Wellness Celebration | 9am-1pm
The event will feature vendor cooking demos with free recipes, a free Snowga (outdoor yoga) class, and the launch of the new free kids' "Farmers' Market Bingo Cookbook Club" run by FriendChip Farm which is the organizer of kids' programs at the market. The vendor cooking and food demos include MN Micros microgreens, Farm on Wheels St. Patrick's Day-inspired stew using bone stock, R&R Cultivation's Lion's Mane mushrooms, Cafe Palmira's coffee and healthy coffee drinks, and Groveland Confections chocolate and in addition to showing their foods and demos, each vendor will talk about the health benefits of their foods.
