Starting in 2013, it has been transformed into a breathtaking nine unit boutique hotel. The Davidson is located in the heart of the historic Cathedral Hill Neighborhood near numerous historic homes, restaurants (including sister properties WA Frost and Company and The Commodore Bar and Restaurant), and shops, and it is also located steps from downtown Saint Paul. Guests of the hotel also have access to sister properties and the amenities at the University Club of Saint Paul and The Saint Paul Athletic Club, which include numerous meeting spaces, co-working and private offices, fitness centers, outdoor pool (University Club) and indoor pool (Saint Paul Athletic Club), and a restaurant.
