Marydale Park

This quaint community park was established in 1974 thanks to the efforts of the North End community to reclaim the area surrounding Loeb Lake, which was reportedly a dumping ground for half a century. Loeb Lake is now currently designated by the Minnesota DNR a children’s fishing pond where it is stocked each spring with crappies and bluegills – although the unsuspecting angler might find a few bullheads or bass lurking in the Loeb Lake waters. The park also boasts barbeque grils, a tot lot, and a fishing pier.
