We continually monitor and assess any new developments and make updates as new information becomes available.

The health and safety of Saint Paul’s visitors and residents are of utmost importance and these are the protocols and procedures currently in place to help keep you safe. Current Status:
- On Thursday, February 24, 2022 Mayor Melvin Carter signed executive order 2022-14 lifting the mask requirement for businesses licensed by the City of Saint Paul.
- The mask requirement remains in place for City-controlled properties:
- Individuals, regardless of vaccine status, at City-Controlled Property must continue to wear a face covering indoors at all times.
- Individuals are not required to wear a face covering while outdoors, unless at an activity specifically designated and posted by the City as requiring a face covering.
- Athletes, performers, and supporting staff competing or performing at indoor spaces that are controlled by the City of Saint Paul are not subject to this regulation.
