Visit Saint Paul and the City of Saint Paul are proud to welcome the 22nd Annual International Police Mountain Bike Association to Saint Paul, April 28 – May 5, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront.  Home to one of the country’s most successful Bicycle Rapid Response Teams, the City of Saint Paul is a leader in police mountain bike enforcement and looks forward to hosting the 22nd Annual IPMBA Conference.
