Winter brings Minnesota Wild hockey and the Saint Paul Winter Carnival. Spring and summer nights mean St. Paul Saints baseball, with the Minnesota State Fair bringing summer to a magnificent close each Labor Day weekend. As the leaves begin to turn, enjoy an Oktoberfest celebration or a pub crawl through downtown
If you’re visiting Saint Paul in May, the Festival of Nations is the largest and longest running multicultural festival in Minnesota, celebrating cultural diversity with food, music, demonstrations, exhibits and dance for the last 80 years.
Be sure to drop by District del Sol for the Cinco de Mayo fiesta. Enjoy six full blocks of live music, authentic food, and fun-filled events like the Lowrider Car Show, People's Choice Salsa Tasting Contest, and the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta Parade.

Each July, Highland Village shuts down its main thoroughfare for Highland Fest, a sun-splashed weekend of art fairs, live music on two stages, food, amusement rides, a 5K race, a strongman competition and a craft brew tasting!

October in Saint Paul means the running the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, which is known as one of the most beautiful urban marathons in America.
